VMworld 2014 Survival Guide

It’s that time again. VMworld 2014 US Edition takes place in San Francisco at The Moscone Center situated at 747 Howard Street, San Francisco, CA 94103. This will be the 3rd time attending VMworld. Although the schedule is rather intense, I consider myself fortunate to be able participate in an event where some of the brightest minds in IT today will share their knowledge on Virtualization Cloud, Big Data, Software Defined Data Center and all the other complimentary technologies! In preparation for this blog, I visited the VMworld Home Page and put together a quick “what to know” about the upcoming event.

San Francisco

First time to San Francisco? Here is some important information you can use to get around to and from the Conference Center. Yes you will be visiting San Francisco CALIFORNIA, however do not be fooled by the weather in August. It can get rather windy in the evening in the Bay. Be sure to bring a light jacket or sweater to protect from that unsuspecting evening chill. Here are a few links to prepare you for your visit.
